We will not put a child’s picture on a calendar, shirt, or keepsake without written permission. One slip per child. Keep a copy. Send us the signed slips with the photos.

I give this group permission to use the photo I approve in a Little Lights fundraiser (calendar, shirt, and/or keepsake) sold to families in this group. The group does not run a public contest or vote on children. I can ask the group to stop using the photo by writing them.
